Residing in the Boise, Idaho area I am available for portraits, family photos, senior pictures, modeling photos, pet pictures, architectural (Real Estate), and event photography. I also have a large collection of photography for sale.

Carnivale : 3rd annual Carnivale event at the Botanical Gardens. Kind of a Victorian costume ball type of event with some Max Headroom thrown in! Known as Steam Punk.

Granite Mountain : NE of McCall, Idaho Granite Mountain has the small alpine lake of Echo Lake nearby and lower down the much larger Goose Lake as seen in some of the photos. At the top of Granite Mountain is a fire lookout tower still manned. Details of the hike can be found in the book "The Hiker's Guide to McCall & Cascade" by Scott Marchant. This is hike 42 in the book.

McKinney, Texas : McKinney is the county seat of Collin County which is just north of Dallas County where the city of Dallas is. The town has an old town square surrounded by restaurants and shops. One of the finest cities you'll find in Texas! These pictures are a mix of regular photos and "HDR" photos. HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. HDR photos are created when two or more photos of the same scene are taken but at different exposures. They are then combined in software and depending on the choices made can look fairly realistic or have a slight or major "candy" look. You start though with regular photos so any of my HDR shots can also be released as regular photos.

Storm Clouds Over Texas : Storm clouds over Allen, TX. A major thunderstorm developed out of these clouds and there was a severe thunderstorm and tornado warning. Taken in the early evening. Two photos are HDR photos followed by an original. Except in the HDR photos these colors have not been changed.

Leslie Gulch (Oregon) : Leslie Gulch is a canyon in Malheur County, Oregon, United States. It is on the east side of Owyhee Lake, a reservoir on the Owyhee River. Its abundant and striking rock formations are made of tuff.

The gulch was named after a local rancher, Hiram E. Leslie, who was hit by lightning here in 1882. Previously it had been called "Dugout Gulch."
